AEON Delight Group Acquisition of Serco Group (HK) Limited; Announces Official Rebranding to AEON Delight (Asia) Limited

HONG KONG, 12 January 2026 – AEON Delight (Asia) Limited (Chinese registered name: 永旺永樂(亞洲)有限公司) today announced its official renaming, following the successful 100% acquisition of Serco Group (HK) Limited by AEON Delight Group (ADG), a leading integrated facility management services provider in Asia.

The acquisition, completed on 30th September 2025, represents a strategic divestment by the previous owner, Serco Group plc. This move allows Serco Group plc to focus on its core markets and long-term growth priorities in Europe and the USA, while ensuring that its Hong Kong clients continue to receive high-quality services under the stewardship of AEON Delight Group.

Following the acquisition, the entity was officially renamed AEON Delight (Asia) Limited on 12th January 2026.

The transaction has received formal approval from all relevant government regulatory authorities. Key clients within the Hong Kong government and statutory bodies, including the Transport Department and the Hospital Authority, have expressed their full support for this acquisition. Under AEON Delight Group’s ownership, Hong Kong operations will continue as normal. 

Over the coming weeks, AEON Delight (Asia) Limited will progressively update its corporate branding to reflect the new identity. This includes updates to email addresses, websites, letterheads, banking details, and invoices.
