Majored in civil engineering and transport policy and planning, Kelvyn oversaw major tunnel, domestic, and security contracts, and developed business strategies at Serco for more than 11 years. He had also implemented Facility Management System for more than 35 public hospitals in Hong Kong and more than 80 schools for the Ministry of Education in Singapore. Kelvyn has previously held Director positions at Securitas Hong Kong and its subsidiaries.
